Area Manager (Croatia)

• The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • developing new business contacts and expanding the customer base in Croatia;
  • consolidating and supporting the existing dealer network, promoting customer loyalty and achieving sales targets;
  • independently managing commercial activities, planning visits, product presentations and negotiations;
  • gathering market feedback and reporting opportunities for product improvement or development.

• Requirements:

  • proven experience (at least 5 years) in the sale of agricultural equipment or in related sectors;
  • excellent knowledge of Croatia and willingness to travel frequently;
  • ability to work independently and towards objectives;
  • excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • native Croatian speaker;
  • fluent Italian speaker;
  • knowledge of English is desirable.
