TSS: flail for small tractors

The flail TSS model fit the application on low-power tractors. TSS is a shredder to be applied after the attack to three points of the tractor. Thanks to the high speed of the rotor blades and numeros blade,creating a perfect turf while coducting a mulching action, obtaing a good result on gardens,lawns and urban areas.
