Consignment
unless agreed otherwise, the goods are always intended as sold carriage forward. Furthermore, packaging costs are not included in the price list.
VAT
shall be charged to the purchaser.
Carriage
the goods travel at the purchaser’s risk even if sent carriage free.
Complaints
returned goods shall not be accepted. Returned goods shall only be accepted in special cases agreed from time to time. Any complaints shall be taken into consideration if sent up to eight days from delivery and shall not exempt the purchaser from paying invoices on maturity.
Warranty
the machines we manufacture are guaranteed against material and construction defects for a period of 12 months from the date indicated by the reseller on the warranty certificate. During the warranty period any parts acknowledged as faulty by the supplier shall be replaced or repaired free of charge. The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any damage to people or things caused by the incorrect or superficial use of its equipment. The warranty is limited to the straightforward replacement of parts. Resellers or users shall not claim any compensation for damages from the Company such as: labour costs, haulage, etc. Any faulty parts must be sent to the factory carriage free. Any spare parts shall be invoiced at the moment of dispatch in accordance with internal Company procedures. If we decide the spare parts are covered by the warranty (after we have received and inspected the faulty parts), we shall issue a credit note.
Delivery
the agreed terms of delivery start from the date of written approval of the order and are always intended as approximate.
Prices
prices may be modified depending on variations to the cost of materials, labour and any charges occurring during execution of the order.
Payment
payment shall be settled within the agreed terms and using the agreed means. Failure to pay shall authorise interruption of deliveries. Even in the case of partial delays in payment, trade interest shall be applied to the due amounts. Even partially defaulting purchasers shall not have the right to take action or demand exceptions.
Controversies
in the case of any controversy, the competent court of jurisdiction shall be the court of Padua.
N.B. every product is carefully tested, inspected and guaranteed for 12 months, except for motors and electrical parts. WARNING The prices in the following price list totally exclude carriage and packaging. The price list may be modified at any time without prior warning.
